Our intake coordinator returns your message within one to two business days, Monday through Friday. Messages received on weekends, holidays, or late Friday will be answered the following business week. We’ll have a short conversation about what’s bringing you here and answer any questions about cost, insurance, or scheduling.
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive an email from SimplePractice with a link to your personal client portal. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. All intake forms must be completed online prior to your session — you will not be able to be seen if forms are not completed beforehand. If you need to access your portal again, you can sign in any time below.

Complete, update, and securely e-sign your intake forms and practice documents, and view any secure messages from your clinician.
