Compassionate, evidence-based therapy for seasons that feel hard to carry.
Individual therapy, couples counseling, and family care — offered by licensed clinicians who believe healing begins with feeling understood.
Empowering people to take action, grow, thrive, and live out their purpose.
Clarity Psychological Services exists to provide hope, insight, clarity, encouragement, and action steps to those experiencing emotional and psychological distress. We believe that change happens one decision at a time — and coming here is the first step toward healing, growth, and wellness.
Our approach is relational, evidence-based, and tailored to the unique needs of each person, couple, or family we work with. We provide counseling within a safe, warm, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel validated, understood, encouraged, and hopeful.
Our treatment approaches are evidence-based, comprehensive, and goal-directed. We draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), EMDR, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Imago Dialogue, person-centered therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), tailoring each approach to what will best serve the individual.
We understand that reaching out to a therapist can feel uncertain. In your first session, we seek to understand you, your needs, and your situation with genuine compassion and empathy. Together we discuss your goals and begin to provide clarity on your present concerns — so you leave with hope and a plan of action toward wellness.
Clarity began with this conviction:
“People deserve care that takes both their mind and their soul seriously — care that’s clinically excellent and deeply human.”
In 2013, Dr. Pascual Chen opened this practice with the belief that therapy should care for the whole person with wisdom, compassion, and clinical excellence.
Since then, that conviction has grown into a team of licensed clinicians who share the same heart for the work.
Together, we’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and families through anxiety, trauma, betrayal, parenting challenges, grief, relationship struggles, and seasons of life that felt impossible to navigate alone.
And over time, we’ve watched something hopeful happen again and again:
That’s why Clarity exists. Our mission is to empower individuals through compassionate, evidence-based psychological services — fostering mental and emotional wellness and personal growth in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. We are dedicated to adding value to the people we serve, helping them thrive and flourish with clarity. We deeply value every individual who walks through our door.
“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”Psalm 147:3
