We accept cash, check, credit card, Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards.
Insurance
Depending on your health insurance coverage, in order to receive behavioral health services there may be a deductible, co-insurance, or co-payment (click here for an explanation of how deductibles work). Your insurance carrier may require pre-authorization, require you to pay first, or go through another third party for reimbursement. It is recommended that you contact your health insurance carrier to know all of this before therapy begins, as you are ultimately responsible for all charges whether or not insurance covers them. In general, you want to ask the following questions:
1. Do I have behavioral health coverage?
2. Do I have a copay, coinsurance, or deductible?
3. If I do have a deductible, what is it?
4. Is my behavioral health through a third party provider; if so, who is it?
At this time, we do not accept Medicaid / Medical Assistance (UPMC for You, Gateway, etc.)
